The University of Padova, together with EURAC research, in cooperation with the IUFRO division 4.05, and the IUFRO Task Force: unlocking the bioeconomy and non-timber forest products is organising IUFRO’s annual conference entitled “The social and ecological value-added of small-scale forestry to the Bio-Economy“.
The conference aims to explore and promote the impact of forest bioeconomy on the development of markets for quality products and services based on nature and the concepts behind them: social innovation, product diversification, multi-functionality and the value-added network of economic stakeholders integrated vertically and horizontally.
The event will take place on 6 – 9 October 2020, with options to attend online or in person in Bolzano (Italy). The deadline for submission of abstracts is 12 July 2020.
