Aimed at forestry companies, but also at entrepreneurs
The aim of this conference is to raise awareness of the best methods for obtaining investment and funding for companies in the forestry sector, not only in rural areas, but also open in general to any businessman or entrepreneur interested in developing new business ideas, through experts in financing and fundraising from the European level to the local level.
It should be noted that the European Horizon 2020 project ‘ROSEWOOD4.0’ has developed a European network that brings together entrepreneurs, forest owners, researchers, universities, representatives of public administrations, and those who are part of the value chain of wood in order to promote the digitisation of the sector for sustainable mobility of wood, and knowledge transfer.
Within this project, the Cesefor Foundation is coordinating the Southwest Europe hub and, together with the other partners, has created the Knowledge Platform of good practices, the roadmaps for the wood sector in Europe, as well as a series of MOOCs, talks and meetings with developers of new technologies.
